The project focuses on Czechoslovak soldiers on the Eastern and Western Fronts fighting in the anti-Hitler coalition. However, the main topic is not the Second World War, but the fates of heroes after 1945 and 1948 in Czechoslovakia – not only soldiers, but also members of the entire resistance opposition persecuted after 1945 by the totalitarian regime for their patriotic attitude during the fascist dictatorship, alternated then by the criminal communist dictatorship.
